Another Wonderful Highlands Picnic is in the Books!

It didn’t rain on our parade…well, our picnic rather…this past Sunday. Once again the Highlands community - both the young and young at heart - came out in full force to have some fun, listen to music, eat yummy food, and celebrate each other and our wonderful neighborhood. Kudos to all our WPHCA volunteers, especially the Activities Committee, who made the day possible. And a big thank you to our friends and neighbors and government representatives who showed up with smiles and good cheer (and side dishes and desserts!). We couldn’t do it without you.
