On October 24th, hundreds of Highlands friends and neighbors gathered together on a sunny morning in Giraffe Park for what has become a favorite WPHCA event, the Highlands Halloween Spooktacular. Whether it was making goody bags, enjoying tasty treats, playing games, creating crafty Halloween masterpieces or showing off their wonderful costumes during a spooky stroll around the park, the laughter and smiles were hard to miss. Thank you to all the W.P. Highlands Civic Association volunteers who worked so hard before, during, and after the event - and a big shout out to everyone who joined in on the fun and made the Spooktacular a huge success!
